Occasion Cakes.
Here you will find pictures of our Occasion cakes. In this album, there are birthday cakes for everyone, young and older alike,
this was a chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache. it covered in white modeling chocolate, hand sculpted, air brushed and hand painted with edible food paints and lustre dusts. the cake was a 8 inch two layer square. the legs had skewer supports drilled through the board. It was for my nephew.

Air brushed background, leaves, flowers, butterflies and bugs. This was a cake I made while learning my craft. I have come a long way since then.

Wedding Cakes.

3 tiers of cake. hand made wired sugar flowers. royal icing stenciling and hand over-piped to highlight the lace. the lace matched the brides dress as closely as we could. the colours all matched the couples asthetic. the aproximate price for a cake similar to this would be £375- £400 If you would like to book your weddign cake with me please email me by clicking the link.
these have been wedding cupcakes and also 100th birthday cupcakes. this design is very popular and very classy. these particulcar cupcakes were vanilla sponge filled with homemade strawberry compote/preserve and topped with a bubble of swiss meringue buttercream. decorated with handmade roses and daisies. and the delicate wafer paper butterflies. to order yours click the link. £3.00 each
